InfraPlus SH.P.K., in collaboration with the Ministry of Infrastructure, is developing the main project for the expansion of the road connecting the cities of Istog, Pejë, Deçan, Gjakovë, and Prizren.

- 51 km of existing road to be expanded
- 43.7 km of new bypass sections to ease urban traffic

- Istog – Pejë (25 km)
- Pejë – Deçan (22.2 km)
- Deçan – Gjakovë (24.09 km)
- Gjakovë – Prizren (23.41 km)

- Design speed: 100 km/h
- Operating speed: 80 km/h
- Planned interchanges: 54 in total (48 grade-separated and 6 at-grade)
- New structures: 74 units (bridges, underpasses, and overpasses)
